What happens next

When we receive a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. We may pass your notice on to the person who posted the content.

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address including your contact details, the location of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error.

Repeat infringers

We may restrict or remove content from anyone found to repeatedly infringe copyright.

Please note

Submitting a false claim may have legal consequences. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, consider speaking to a legal professional first.
